HANNA THE HEN, 2011

In 2011, for the first Capacity exhibition, I wrote, illustrated and published children's story called "Hanna".

​

The story of Hanna is about a little chicken who stayed in her egg too long, and then had to make up for lost time. Different than all the other chickens, she feels like an outcast, until she goes on a journey of self-discovery, and realizes her differences are what make her extra special.

 

I originally published 100 copies, and have only one remaining. One day I hope to do another batch (and a sequel!), but until then, click here to download a PDF version to read or print out for your own story time!
